Honesty

Radical honesty tells others what they need to know even if they don’t want to hear it

Radical honesty cares more about the other persons growth than about you being right.

Radical honesty corrects what is wrong, but cares for the person.

If you are not radically honest no one will ever feel completely safe with you.

Be honest about who you are.
